Join local American Resiliency volunteers for a community-centered preparedness workshop hosted at The Bhakti Barn.
This workshop is designed for individuals, households, and neighbors who want to take reasonable steps toward emergency preparedness without fear, panic, or isolation. Together, we’ll explore how to prepare for disruptions big and small, strengthen household plans, identify local resources, and build the kinds of community connections that help people respond with more confidence and care.
Participants will leave with a clearer sense of where to start, what to prioritize, and how preparedness can be grounded in mutual support rather than a bunker mindset.
An optional potluck will follow the workshop for anyone who would like to stay, connect with community members, and continue the conversation in a more informal setting. Those who have taken the workshop before are welcome to attend the full workshop again or simply join afterward for the potluck. This event is free to attend. Optional donations are welcome and help support future community events at The Bhakti Barn.
